Phillips Concessions LLC is a multi-branded food and beverage operator specializing in licensed national concepts.

Headquartered in Miami, Florida, Phillips has nearly two decades of experience in quality control, management, and operations. We proudly operate Chick-fil-A and Einstein Bros. Bagels locations across airports, train stations, and hospital campuses, while delivering consistency, care, and excellence with every guest experience.

Founded in 2007, Phillips began with Coffee Beanery at Miami International Airport and Starbucks at Jackson Memorial Hospital, later rebranding Coffee Beanery to Einstein Bros. Bagels. While Phillips Concessions previously operated multiple Starbucks locations, our focus today remains on growing and elevating our current brands and the communities they serve.

In 2017, Phillips Concessions partnered with the developers of MiamiCentral Station to introduce three landmark locations: Starbucks MiamiCentral, Einstein Bros. Bagels MiamiCentral, and, in 2020, the first Chick-fil-A in the City of Miami, each reinforcing our commitment to bringing high-quality, recognizable food concepts to underserved areas.
